In the "A Quick Start Guide to Succession Planning for Nonprofits" webinar, Charlie Bergamo, the Non-Profit Leadership Center's director of strategic programs, welcomed attendees and introduced guest presenter Amy Hale, the executive director of Champions for Children Incorporated, who shared her research on succession planning in non-profit organizations. Amy encouraged attendees to focus on creating a leadership legacy, opportunities for emerging leaders, and strengthening senior leadership team dynamics as key principles for succession planning. The webinar provided practical tips and tools for nonprofit CEOs to manage succession planning effectively.
